What Our Policy Covers and How It Applies
Your use of jjjpk is governed by the terms set out on this page and any supplementary documents linked from your account dashboard. Access is available where local law permits, and it is your responsibility to confirm that using this platform is lawful in your specific location within Pakistan. We process account transactions through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast — each subject
to the respective payment provider's own terms alongside ours. We may update these terms with notice posted to your registered account. Continued use after a posted update constitutes acceptance. If any clause is found unenforceable in a Pakistani court, the remaining clauses stay in full effect. Disputes are handled through the process described in the contact section below.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

Your account is governed by the terms stated on this page. Where local law in Pakistan applies to a specific clause, that law takes precedence. We flag jurisdiction-specific clauses inline so you can identify them without reading the full document.
We will not change material terms without posting a notice to your registered account at least seven days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications that do not affect your rights may be updated immediately, with the change log updated on the same day.
Submit a data access request through the help centre or by emailing our legal inbox with your account reference. We will compile and deliver your data within the timeframe required by applicable Pakistani data protection rules.
On closure, your active balance is returned via your last verified payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast. We retain transaction records for the period required by law, then delete personal data in line with our data retention policy.
